This policy explains what information Udaro collects, why, and what we do with it. Udaro is the data controller for any personal data collected through this site. This policy is governed by UK GDPR.

What we collect

When you request a walkthrough, we collect your name, work email address, company name, and job role. We also collect any information you choose to share in the optional fields — what prompted your interest, and your rough availability. No other data is collected.

Why we collect it

Solely to schedule and conduct a walkthrough call. The lawful basis for processing is legitimate interests — specifically, responding to a direct request you have made. We do not use your information for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond that conversation.

How long we keep it

We retain walkthrough request data for 12 months. You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing hello@udaro.tech.

Who we share it with

Nobody. Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party. All data is processed within the United Kingdom.

The diagnostic workspace

The Udaro diagnostic workspace stores your work locally in your browser. No initiative data is transmitted to or stored on any external server. Your context never leaves your device.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@udaro.tech.
