Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 May 2026

This policy explains what information Udaro collects, why, and what we do with it. Udaro is the data controller for any personal data collected through this site. This policy is governed by UK GDPR.

What we collect

When you request a walkthrough, we collect your name, work email address, company name, and job role. We also collect any information you choose to share in the optional fields — what prompted your interest, and your rough availability. No other data is collected.

Why we collect it

Solely to schedule and conduct a walkthrough call. The lawful basis for processing is legitimate interests — specifically, responding to a direct request you have made. We do not use your information for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond that conversation.

How long we keep it

We retain walkthrough request data for 12 months. You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing hello@udaro.tech.

Who we share it with

Walkthrough request data is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party, and is processed within the United Kingdom.

The diagnostic workspace uses two sub-processors. Railway Corp. hosts the relay through which workspace requests are forwarded, under Railway's Data Processing Addendum. Anthropic Ireland, Limited provides the language model that processes them, under Anthropic's Data Processing Addendum. Both incorporate the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum for cross-border transfers.

The diagnostic workspace

The Udaro diagnostic workspace stores your work in your browser's local storage. Udaro does not retain a copy on its own servers.

Content submitted to the workspace's extraction features is forwarded by the Railway-hosted relay to the Anthropic API for processing, and the response is returned to your browser. Railway does not retain the content of requests or responses; the relay's logs record technical metadata only. Anthropic does not use this content to train its models. Standard Anthropic API retention applies; alternative retention terms can be put in place for enterprise engagements that require them.

Cookies & analytics

Clarity may set cookies and similar technologies for this purpose. No personally identifiable information is collected. You can read Microsoft Clarity's privacy notice at clarity.microsoft.com.

The diagnostic workspace itself does not use cookies for analytics or advertising.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@udaro.tech.
